A contemporary mixed media artist.
I began showing my work in galleries in 2003 in Los Angeles and New York. Then extensivey in Europe. I was led to becoming an artist through a lifelong spiritual quest that crystallized in the late 1990’s. My work is an extension and a clarification of my strongest and most intimate creative reflections. I paint from inner visions and intense emotions. I was fascinated by the mixing of various media and by digital art, which I believe is the future for many artists.
In my explorations, I came across AquaDigiGraphy. I compose original portraits, landscapes, people, animal art and still-life in a variety of styles and compositions. Learn more about this technique.
I absolutely love creating with a large contemporary palette of tools. There are so many details and moments to make into art. After many years in Los Angeles and New York City, I currently work and reside in Provence, France.

My Process
I named this art form AquaDigiGraphy because it combines watercolour (Aqua), digital art (Digital), and photography (Graphy). What is used to create? Pencils, watercolours & pastels. Oils & acrylics. Photography & Digital Art.
I typically work from a photo that the client supplies. I start by scanning the photo provided and then print it on fine art or rice paper. I then begin drawing and using materials such as watercolour and Japanese inks on the paper and then rescan. This process takes time as many stages take place.
